For your own garage parking space, only prior notification is required, not authorisation (Spanish Horizontal Property Law). For common spaces, agreement is required.
For single-family homes, half a day to one full day. For community garages, it depends on the routing and number of points, usually 2-5 working days.
Yes. If you have (or plan to install) solar self-consumption, the wallbox can use surplus energy with "solar boost" mode and further reduce charging cost.
Yes. The MOVES III plan provides a fixed subsidy of up to €700 for individuals (€800 for community-led solutions); larger percentage-based amounts can apply to specific community installations. Each Spanish region runs its own call with its own deadlines, so availability varies. There is also a 15% Spanish income tax deduction (extended through 31/12/2026) subject to fiscal requirements. Always confirm your case with a tax advisor.
Per ITC-BT-04, a project is required when power exceeds 50 kW or when the garage requires forced ventilation. For lower powers, a Technical Design Memorandum (MTD) is enough.
